Terms of service

These terms apply to DrivrSync, including the app, this website, and the DrivrSync text alert program. DrivrSync is operated by L&MC Innovative Ventures Ltd Co ("we," "us") in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. By using DrivrSync you agree to these terms.

Who can use DrivrSync

DrivrSync is available only to crew members invited by the crew administrator. You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for keeping your phone and sign-in secure.

Acceptable use

• Don't enter patient information, medication details, or delivery contents anywhere in DrivrSync.
• Keep crew chat professional, and don't post anything unlawful, harassing, or confidential to a third party.
• Don't try to access other people's private records or interfere with the service.

We may remove content or access that breaks these rules.

Scheduling responsibility

DrivrSync is a coordination tool. It does not assign work, employ drivers, or guarantee that a shift is covered. Drivers remain responsible for their own shifts and agreements, and official approvals such as time off come from the crew's dispatcher.

Text alert program terms

• Program: DrivrSync Crew Alerts, sent by L&MC Innovative Ventures Ltd Co from (877) 722-7138.
• What you'll receive: alerts about partner pharmacy pickup status and pickup requests, shift coverage needs, shift trade requests, schedule changes, and, for the crew dispatcher, escalations about uncovered shifts. No marketing messages.
• Opting in: by checking the optional text alert box in the app, or by texting START. Consent is not a condition of using DrivrSync. See how opt-in works.
• Frequency: message frequency varies.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
• Opting out: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one confirmation and no further messages. You can also turn alerts off in the app's settings.
• Help: reply HELP, email admin@drivrsync.com, or call (319) 450-3062.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: see the privacy policy. Mobile numbers are never shared for marketing.

No warranty

DrivrSync is provided "as is." Notifications and text messages can be delayed or missed, so don't rely on DrivrSync as your only way to confirm urgent or critical work.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for missed shifts, deliveries, or messages, arising from use of DrivrSync.

Changes and ending access

We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do. We may end access for crew members who leave the crew or break these terms. You can stop using DrivrSync and request deletion of your information at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
