Privacy policy

This policy explains what information DrivrSync collects and how it is used. DrivrSync is operated by L&MC Innovative Ventures Ltd Co ("we," "us") in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. DrivrSync is a private, invite-only app for members of one pharmacy courier driver crew.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name and mobile number, which you use to sign in.
• Crew information: route assignments, schedules, coverage requests, shift trades, time-off requests, and crew chat messages.
• Pharmacy status: pickup status updates and pickup requests sent by partner pharmacy staff from their pharmacy page. These contain no patient information. Pharmacy staff do not create accounts and we do not collect their personal information.
• Private records you choose to keep: your shift log, route pay rates, and vehicle maintenance records. These are visible only to you.
• Text alert consent: whether you opted in, and when.
• Device information: a notification token if you turn on push notifications in the app.

Information we do not collect

DrivrSync does not collect patient names, medications, delivery contents, or any other health information. Please don't enter it anywhere in the app, including chat.

How we use information

• To run the crew schedule, coverage board, trades, and chat.
• To send push notifications and, if you opted in, text alerts about shifts and schedule changes.
• To keep the service secure and working.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Mobile numbers and text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text alert opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with the service providers that deliver the messages, and only for that purpose.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run DrivrSync: Google Firebase for sign-in, data storage, and push notifications; Twilio to deliver text messages; and Netlify to host the app and this website. They process information only to provide their services to us.

Who can see your information

Crew members can see the shared crew information: names, schedules, coverage and trade requests, and chat. The crew administrator can manage crew membership and routes. Private records such as your shift log are visible only to you and are not included in administrator backups.

Retention and deletion

Old coverage requests are deleted automatically after about 90 days. Other information is kept while you are a crew member. To have your account and information deleted, email admin@drivrsync.com and we will delete it within 30 days, except where we must keep something to meet a legal obligation.

Security

Access to DrivrSync requires signing in with a verified mobile number, and data access is limited by role. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Age

DrivrSync is for adult crew members only and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above and let crew members know in the app.
